What is Chase Rays?
Chase Rays is building a community of runners who share a passion for getting outdoors and exploring their surroundings. Through personalized coaching and collaborative training, we help you improve running performance, train intelligently, and connect with fellow runners on similar journeys. Whether you're training for your first 5K or chasing a marathon PR, our expert guidance and collaboration make every run meaningful.
Finding a trainer you can trust is difficult, but we try to make that decision easy. Trainers are available to meet with athletes on a weekly basis for one-on-one video calls.

Our Training Process
Chase Rays wants to craft a relationship of mutual trust with our athletes. Runners will schedule a free consultation to meet with an advisor, exchange personal information, and develop running goals. All meetings will take place over video call.
Training plans are available for 4 distances (5k, 10k, Half Marathon, and Marathon), and each distance has 4 options for specialized intensities (Foundational, Stamina, Performance, and Apex). For athletes not aiming for a specific race, we offer additional plans for base building and fitness retention. Consult with a trainer before choosing a plan.

Training plans are prices at $18 per week, and include:
- Weekly personalized training plans
- Availability of weekly meetings to discuss the previous and next week's training
As Chase Rays grows, we hope to add an additional weekly seminar for athletes. Training can be billed weekly or upfront, and can be cancelled anytime for a partial refund.
For the self-motivated, any plan is available for purchase without individual trainer services. All plans can be purchased up front for $60, and will be sent directly to your inbox.
